Kishwaukee Community Hospital’s Diabetes Education Team can help you
live a happy and healthy life with diabetes.
Our mission is to empower people of all ages to appropriately self-manage
their diabetes so they may benefit from lifelong good health. Our team of
experts in diabetes care offers a variety of services. Our program is
recognized by the American Diabetes Association.
