In 2008, Mayo Medical Laboratories was chosen to become the Reference Laboratory for the KishHealth System. Mayo Medical Laboratories operates within Mayo Clinic’s Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology. This partnership allows the Kishwaukee Community Hospital direct access to 3,300 pathologists and scientists in 58 specialty clinics as consultants.
