Our HeartWise Cardiac Risk Assessment Program includes a heart scan used with other measures to assess your risk for a heart attack. The assessment includes a total cholesterol and glucose blood test, body fat analysis, personal health history and a private consultation with a nurse who will recommend lifestyle changes that can help you lower your heart attack risk. Know Your Numbers Program
Our Know Your Numbers Program includes a total cholesterol and glucose blood test, computerized health risk assessment, blood pressure, BMI and body fat analysis, personal health history and a private consultation with a nurse who will recommend lifestyle changes that can help you lower your heart attack risk.
