Patient Rooms
Joint replacement patients are hospitalized on a specially-designated wing of our first floor med-surg orthopedic unit. All rooms are private and can easily accommodate several visitors at a time. The hospital allows 24-hour visitation. Patient rooms are equipped with a refrigerator, large bathroom and a flat screen TV connected to our GetWell Network. The GetWell Network provides educational information, ability to check your email, play games, and watch movies or regular TV shows. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hospital so patients and visitors can use their own laptops. Visitors can eat in our Garden Café or in the room by ordering off our At Your Request menu for a nominal charge.Group Activity Room
Education and rehab for patients and coaches are conducted in the Joint Center Activity Room, located on the first floor of the hospital. Depending on the patients length of stay 1-2 group meals may be provided as part of the rehabilitation and socialization of healing. Various activities such as moving with your recliner, tracking your progress on the Tracking Board, and stair climbing will be included in your stay to ready you for your return home.
