Nominations for KHS Acclaimed Physician Awards
February 12, 2008All physicians on staff at Kishwaukee Community Hospital, Hauser-Ross Eye Institute & Surgicenter and Valley West Community Hospital are eligible to be nominated for an award.
Community members are invited to nominate physicians in one of the following two categories; one winner will be selected from each category
- Community Service/Humanitarian Award. This includes volunteer medical community service, volunteer international medical services, and non-medical community service
- Outstanding Service to Patients
Awards are criteria-based and winners will be chosen by a panel from KishHealth System. The panel may include representatives from the hospital boards, physicians, administrative teams, nursing and hospital staff. Winners will be announced at a Physician Appreciation Event to be held in April.
