Hospital supports Red Cross
July 10, 2008Kishwaukee Community Hospital recently surprised the new executive director of DeKalb County Red Cross with a check for $5,744. Micki Emmett had been expecting the proceeds from Unlimited Performance’s 5K race, but the hospital decided to match the $2,722 raised to help the Red Cross meet local needs. Unlimited Performance Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine is a hospital department.
