Dr. Lisa Crutcher Seeing Patients in Kish Hospital's Medical Office Building

Lisa D. Crutcher, MD, family practice physician, is accepting new patients at her new office location, 5 Kish Hospital Drive, Suite 203, DeKalb. Dr. Crutcher cares for each member of the family and has special medical interests in women’s and children’s health. She is a member of KishHealth Physician Group and of the Kish Hospital medical staff.
Dr. Crutcher practiced most recently at Community Cares Clinic, Sycamore, and previously in Dixon, at Kishwaukee Medical Associates in Sycamore and at Swedish American Hospital in Rockford. She has been a clinical assistant professor of Family Medicine at the University of Illinois College of Medicine since 2006. Dr. Crutcher completed her undergraduate work and graduated from the medical school at the University of Illinois College of Medicine, Rockford, in 1998. Her internship and residency were completed at Northwest Arkansas Family Practice and she became board certified in family practice in 2001 and recertified in 2008.
Dr. Crutcher, originally from Sycamore, graduated from Sycamore High School in 1990 and has lived there since moving back in 2007 with her husband and three children.
Her office hours are Mondays 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Tuesdays 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., every other Thursday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., and every Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information about Dr. Crutcher and to view her video profile, please visit www.kpgcares.org.
