Living Anew is a 6-week program, taught by a licensed clinical professional counselor, to help you take control and manage your life to improve your chances of surviving cancer. Each session provides education, group discussion, and clinical hypnosis. Learn stress management skills and cognitive behavioral techniques to minimize anxiety and depression. Look Good... Feel Better
Look Good... Feel Better is presented in partnership with the American Cancer Society, Personal Care Products Council Foundation, Professional Beauty Association, and National Cosmetology Association. This free program teaches beauty techniques to women or girls who are actively undergoing cancer treatment to help combat the appearance-related side effects of radiation therapy and chemotherapy. Come learn tips for skin care, makeup, hair care and wigs. All participants receive a free kit of cosmetics. (Valued up to $200.) Free - Registration Required
